Victoria Moore currently works as a Transformation Lead in the NHS. Her role involves supporting large scale change programmes, improving services and reducing variation in outcomes for patients. She has extensive experience in change management, in both the NHS and international healthcare policy settings. Her experience includes leadership of both quality improvement and transformation functions; supporting pathway redesign, service reconfiguration and building improvement capability. She has led multiple improvement science education programmes for healthcare leaders.
Currently Victoria is supporting services to collaborate across the North West London at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust.
She lives in North East London with her husband and young daughter.
