Tracy Watkinson has over 20 years experience leading transformation, with a passion at making change happen by building and leading high-performing teams, understanding and managing stakeholders, alongside running departments. She brings confidence to tackle difficult business challenges for good, with a bias for action and an eye on efficiency.
Tracy is also a thought leader in tackling gender diversity and was winner of the Women in Banking & Finance Champion for Women award in 2018, and a keynote speaker at Women in the Square Mile conference that year. Tracy is also an experienced Non-Executive Director.

Keep the ambition – don’t give up, don’t take your foot off the accelerator, but be kind to yourself on the way.
