I am Vice President of EMEA Operations at First Advantage, a global technology company specializing in hiring risk and compliance. I lead a 500‑strong team across multiple countries and operational disciplines. Previously, I served as Chief Strategy Officer at Ground Truth Intelligence—a technology company providing compliance and risk professionals with business intelligence.
My professional roots are in anti‑financial crime compliance. Growing up in an environment where bribery and corruption were commonplace shaped my motivation early: I wanted to understand how organized crime, financial crime, transparency, and regulation intersect—and use that knowledge to make the world safer.
My career has taken me from complex investigations to overseeing large-scale research and intelligence operations, to advising clients on risk and compliance frameworks, and ultimately to shaping business strategy and leading high‑performing teams.
I’m also a proud mum of three wonderful kids (8, 10, and 12). After many years in London, my family moved to Brussels a few years ago, where we’re happily embracing the land of chips and waffles.
