I am a Chief People Officer in the tech space and work closely with founders, CEOs, exec teams and investors to build businesses globally. My career has taken me all over the world and my professional experience spans organisations headquartered in the US, Canada, UK, Germany, Lithuania and China.
A recognised voice on the future of work, I have spoken at SXSW Austin, Web Summit Lisbon and the CIPD Festival of Work. I am a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and a certified executive coach with Henley Business School.
Growing up as a child in southern Germany, I lived in Pau France for six months during my late teens and have since travelled the world.
My biggest life achievement are my two amazing boys, now 12 and 17. I have worked full-time (mostly), part-time and everything in-between whilst raising a young family. I wish I had stressed less about work and deadlines and enjoyed more time simply being in the moment. I am balancing all the time, it’s definitely a myth “to have it all”.
