A graduate of the NHS Graduate Management Training Scheme, Ruth has held a variety of roles from operational hospital management to commissioning and service transformation in both the public and private sectors.
Highlights of her career so far include working with clinical experts to improve dementia diagnosis rates and post-diagnosis support across London, advising ministers and special advisors on policy and writing for The Guardian and other national journals and newspapers.
Ruth lives in Surrey with her husband and young son.
