Rosalyn Rudran is the lead for HR and Payroll Information Systems and is responsible for the HRIS team, hr systems and data strategy. She is an Information Systems professional and an advocate for process and service improvements through HRIS capabilities. She has led the implementation of new organisation-wide systems, system upgrades, project managed process improvements and taken organisations through reviews of processes and systems to create efficiencies and capitalising on digitisation to establish financial, space and time savings. She has two sons, one in primary school and a six month old and lives with her husband in Surrey.
