Due to their commitment to promote equality, and leadership within psychiatry, the London Division of the Royal College of Psychiatrists (RCPsych) is generously part sponsoring 2 spaces on the 2021 Leaders Plus Fellowship with £1590 plus VAT each which brings the cost down to £1400 plus VAT per Fellow.

One place is available for a Consultant and one place for a Specialty Doctor who are members of the London Division.

As part of receiving the places, you will commit to:

• working up a brief paper by December 2021 with recommendations on key areas to focus on to support working parents which can be shared with the RCPsych and potentially the trust you work for.
• running and promoting a half day event to support other parents in the specialty by May 2022 (the logistics of which will be run by the London Division at RCPsych).
