The Leaders Plus NHS Fellowship is a career development Programme available to NHS clinical and non-clinical staff who are passionate about career development and have children between the ages of 0-18. It is delivered via a series of high-quality workshops, roundtable events and online learning resources.
Due to their commitment to addressing the Gender Pay Gap, the Royal College of Psychiatrists has an opportunity for RCPsych members or affiliates in the South Eastern division or London division to become part of the 2026 Leaders Plus NHS Fellowship.
There are:
2 places for the London division: £1041 + VAT each, which brings the cost down to £1,648 + VAT per Royal College of Psychiatrists London place (Applications now closed)
2 places for the South Eastern division, £1,041 + VAT, which brings the cost down to £1,648 + VAT per Royal College of Psychiatrists, South Eastern place (Apply by 19 July)

The part-funded places for parents in Psychiatry are likely to be very popular. To increase your chances of receiving a place, please specify in your application form how you would use your place to make a difference to other parents in Psychiatry.
