Royal College of Emergency Medicine Part-Funded Leaders Plus NHS Fellowship Places

Are you working in Emergency Medicine? You may be able to access a part-funded place on the Leaders Plus NHS Fellowship!

The Leaders Plus NHS Fellowship is a career development Programme available to NHS clinical and non-clinical staff who are passionate about career development and have young children between the ages of 0-11. It is split into an initial 6-month Foundation Programme, followed by an optional 3-month Changemaker Fellowship and is delivered via a series of high-quality workshops, roundtable events and online learning resources.

Due to their commitment to address the Gender Pay Gap, the Royal College for Emergency Medicine is generously part-sponsoring 10 spaces on the Leaders Plus NHS Foundation Fellowship at £1,110 plus VAT each, which brings the cost down to £1280 plus VAT per RCEM Fellow.

Fellows who access the part-funded places will have the option to continue on with the Changemaker Fellowship, which is an additional investment of £1390 plus VAT.

Part-funded RCEM members who receive the subsidised places will commit to disseminating their learning to other parents within the speciality of Emergency Medicine to support them with combining an ambitious career in Emergency Medicine and parent/carer responsibilities.

This may be a session within the Return to Emergency Medicine Programme or at a College conference or study day, with Fellows asked to organise and design the session themselves.
