Our Programmes have been designed to support working parents, allowing them to thrive in their careers and family life.

Our Current Programmes:

• Future Leaders Plus - For parents who are in a role with no management responsibilities, perhaps had kids before progressing, and now want to get their career progression unstuck.
• Cross-Sector Fellowship  - For parents from all sectors in Manager roles, subject specialist (e.g. experienced specialist Engineer or senior lawyer) or Director roles with a few years experience
• NHS Fellowship - Specific for clinical and non-clinical working parents in the NHS.
• Senior Directors Fellowship - For Senior Directors with a number of years experience at Director Level and C-suite professionals, supporting them to maintain and develop senior leadership careers without compromising family life
