We are proud of the impact our social enterprise makes.

We measure the impact of each cohort and strive to build on what is working and make alterations when needed to ensure our programmes are highly impactful. Fellows and participants describe our work as 'life changing' and 'transformational.'

Some impact highlights from our recent cohorts include:

• Across all Fellowships and programmes 100% of participants reported positive impact
• 94% of Fellows on our May 24 cross sector cohort reported an increase in their confidence in overcoming any barriers in balancing childcare and career development.
• 74% of Fellows on our NHS Fellowship 2024 cohort secured a pay rise during the 6 months of the programme.
• 71% (NHS) and 63% (cross sector) Fellows were promoted or took a step towards a more senior role during the course of the Fellowship.
• 88% of Future Leaders Plus participants said their participation in the programme meant it was more likely they would be in a more senior role in the next 12 months.
• Across our latest 3 programmes an average of 96% of participants reported their participation in the programme has contributed to an improvement in their overall wellbeing.
