Mélissa is Associate General Counsel for the IHS Towers Group and Head of Legal for the UK office, overseeing all legal matters for the Group operations.
Prior to joining IHS, she worked as a Project Finance lawyer for a Magic Circle law firm in London and Paris.
Since joining IHS Towers, her main areas of focus have been merger and acquisitions (she helped negotiating over a dozen acquisitions in Africa and the Middle East) and finance work (regularly negotiating documentation for significant capital raises).
She is also a regular speaker at events focused on telecoms and/or investments in the EMEA region.
In her spare time, she loves travelling and discovering new cultures.
Mélissa lives in London with her husband and young daughter.
