As Global Head of Communications for Retail Banking and Wealth Management (RBWM) at HSBC, she’s responsible for engaging and aligning 130,000 employees with the company strategy and bringing the RBWM story to external stakeholders based in over 100 locations worldwide.
Lisa is a passionate supporter of equality and a mentor with the Social Mobility Foundation where she supports underprivileged A-Level students to reach their potential.
Outside of work, you’ll find her using all her influencing skills (and developing new ones) attempting to parent her two young children.
