Kathrine Badcock is a Finance Manager and Model Hospital Ambassador at UCLH.
She holds an ACCA, a 1st class honours from Imperial College Business School and an MBBS from UCL Medical School, where she was awarded the Horace Joules prize in Epidemiology.
Prior to becoming an NHS accountant, she practised as a doctor completing firms in General Practice, Colorectal Surgery, and various Medical Specialties. During this time she co-published a study evaluating early catheter removal in colorectal patients on the ERAS pathway.
She completed her final ACCA exams whilst on maternity leave, becoming dual qualified in 2019.
She lives in London with her husband and young son.
