Katherine Jeffery leads the UK Family Tracing Service within The Salvation Army.
She holds responsibility for overall client satisfaction, setting and delivery of the strategy for the group, raising the profile and utilisation of the service, and day to day operational management of the team.
Coming into post following a major reorganisation, Katherine has developed and set a vision for the function as part of a more integrated service offering.
A focus on the professional and personal development of team members throughout major periods of change and uncertainty, along with strategy implementation and continuous process improvement is resulting in enhanced customer experience and continued success for the unit.
Katherine lives in South East London with her husband and two children.
