Karen Eyre-White – Associate Facilitator

Karen is a productivity expert, coach and speaker who created Go Do, a business which helps overwhelmed professionals thrive through targeted productivity coaching, workshops and courses. Karen believes everyone should be able to thrive at work and build a successful career, as well as having a life outside of it.

Through Go Do, she gives them the motivation, tools and support to work out what’s important, find their focus and create consistent systems and habits to keep everything on track. Karen had a successful career in the Civil Service, working in a number of high-profile, senior jobs including as Chief Executive of a safety regulator. She now speaks, teaches and coaches on how to be productive and thrive while working in busy, demanding roles.

Her advice has been featured in The Guardian, The Independent and other national publications. She studied at the University of Cambridge and lives just outside London with her husband and two young children.
