Jennifer Crowley is Director of Consulting Services & Sustainability at Kin + Carta Europe. She supports client teams in delivering the most impactful work possible having led teams both client and agency-side in the US and across Europe. Passionate about environmental sustainability and responsible business, Jennifer is accountable for the conversion of K+C’s corporate values into the design and delivery of products, services and experiences for clients and society alike.

A lover of learning and networking, Jennifer sits on BIMA’s Sustainability Council, has studied at the Cambridge Institute for Sustainable Leadership and is currently part of the LeadersPlus 2021/22 fellowship programme. She regularly hosts or contributes to discussions and thought-leadership on sustainable digital transformation.
Outside of work, Jennifer loves to walk, read, volunteer and make memories with her young daughters.
Her career ambition is to make change for the better from inside the system of business organisations.
