My 28 years ,as an EY partner, leading global clients gave me a unique knowledge of diverse cultures and people. At EY , I was a passionate leader in diversity, culture, career development, coaching ,mentoring and work life balance. I was the first UK partner to adopt flexible working in 1998. Since retiring in 2016, I was invited to join the Leaders Plus Programme as a founding mentor .I enjoy understanding the challenges my fellows face across a wide range of working environments Education, Training , HR, Chemistry, Energy, Data Science, IT and Charity ,always with the mantra Family First. I have 2 sons and a grandson and am thrilled to support a programme open to men and women. I am also a coach on the ICAEW Women in Leadership Programme.
