Helen is Chief Operating Officer of ivolve Group, one of the largest providers of adult specialist care in the UK. Prior to joining ivolve in 2023, Helen was Managing Director of a number of Real Estate businesses.
Helen lives in the South West with her husband and her three young children (ages 2, 5 and 9).
What is the biggest piece of learning or the best advice you’d like to share when it comes to combining a senior leadership career with raising young children?
Everyone is winging it. I have had to learn to let go of perfection & accept that life with a career and a young family is noisy, messy and full of compromises – and that was a hard thing to do. But definitely worth it.
