Empowering working parents to fulfil their potential without compromising on their family.
We know how difficult it can be to balance an ambitious career with raising a family especially if you’ve taken time off to focus on your children or opted for a lower grade role to accommodate the demands of family life. We also know that with the right support, it is possible to fulfil your potential without compromising time with your family and vice versa.
The Future Leaders Plus programme supports working parents to shape their working and home lives to suit them, their families, and their career aspirations.
Application Deadline: 21 July 2026
The programme starts in September 2026.
