Do you want to feel fulfilled at work and present at home?
Apply now for Future Leaders Plus. Application Deadline: 21 July 2026 Apply Now
The Future Leaders Plus programme supports working parents to shape their working and home lives to suit them, their families, and their career aspirations.
We know how difficult it can be to balance an ambitious career with raising a family, especially if you've taken time off to focus on your children, or opted for a lower grade role to accommodate the demands of family life.
We also know that with the right support, it is possible to fulfil your potential without compromising time with your family, and vice versa.
Future Leaders Plus is suitable for parents who may have put their career on hold whilst their children were young and are now wanting to progress, as well as people not yet in leadership roles with younger children who don't want their career to stall whilst they have demanding caring responsibilities.
Application Deadline: 21 July 2026
Programme starts September 2026.

Honestly this Programme has been life changing. It's given me the dedicated time to really stop and ask myself the questions I've been putting off for a long time. It's been refreshing doing something for myself and I've felt that I've been in such a safe space to open up and show vulnerability.

What participants say
Made me more intentional about progressing my career. Given me the direction and courage to take voluntary redundancy and secure a new role.
My confidence has started to come back and I feel more positive about myself.
Taking the time to have some of these honest and vulnerable, thoughtful discussions has felt really valuable and something that rarely happens.
This course came at a good time personally where change was happening and it helped to identify what I wanted and ways to achieve that which I did not see before.
The programme has made me much more assertive at work, I now speak up and advocate for myself, where as previously I may have stayed silent.
Hearing stories from peers, and understanding the similar nature of perceived barriers, has given me confidence to seek to progress my career minimising the concern for impact on my family.
