Fiona McCormack is a People professional whose purpose is to enable every colleague to have a great experience at work and be respected for the individual capabilities and perspectives they offer.
Fiona is currently Senior Director, HR Service Delivery at Visa and has worked internationally in the US and New Zealand.
Her current role is responsible for transforming operational and employee experience capabilities with an agile HR mindset. Fiona has previously worked in strategic Senior People Partner roles across a range of sectors, partnering with clients to deliver transformational HR practices with a values-led approach. She has led large scale people and culture transformation projects, M&A activity, international expansion and continuous improvement initiatives. Fiona has deep expertise in developing leadership teams and is an accredited coach.
Fiona works part-time, lives in Berkshire and has 2 young children.
