Fiona has over 30 years experience of working in HR and has been the Director People and Culture at the RSPCA for the last 2 years. Previously Fiona was HR Director for the Zoological Society of London where she was awarded HR Director of the year in 2017 in the HR Excellence Awards and has been in the HR most influential list for the not for profit sector. Fiona is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, Companion of the Chartered Management Institute, qualified business Coach and a NED. Fiona has significant experience in strategic and operational HR, Organisation and business development, employee engagement and communications in the NGO, Education and Housing/social care sectors.
Fiona has been a working mum for much of her career and is keen to support women returning to work as well as ensuring the organisations she works for provide great benefits for working parents.
