She holds an MBA from the University of Chicago and a BA from UCLA.
Ericka's career has included positions at large companies like Kraft and Nestle, but start-ups have been where she feels most at home for the last decade.
At Kuli Kuli, her focus is to drive profitable growth through innovation and strategic sales expansion.
While managing a busy career, Ericka is also raising two wonderful daughters and two equally amazing dogs in partnership with her husband.
Her guiding principle is family first. There will always be another Zoom meeting, but your 5th grader will only have one spring recital!
