Elizabeth is a senior leader in financial services with more than 15 years’ experience across banking and investment management. She currently works at Close Brothers, where she leads work across governance, controls, organisational change, and data governance.
Alongside her executive role, Elizabeth is an executive coach and mentor who is passionate about supporting people to navigate leadership with confidence, particularly during periods of transition, uncertainty, or change.
She is Chair of the Close Brothers Gender Balance Network and cares deeply about creating more inclusive working environments where people can progress in their careers without feeling they need to compromise who they are or what matters most to them.
As a working parent to three young children, Elizabeth understands many of the challenges that come with balancing leadership responsibilities alongside family life. She is particularly passionate about helping others build careers that feel both ambitious and sustainable, while staying connected to their values.
