One key piece of advice for working parents:

“Being a working parent is a bumpy imperfect road, but a journey definitely worth taking, full of both learnings and rewards. Sometimes you will need to jump into cold water to move forward which can be scary  but trust your capacity to make it work. Above all, surround yourself with supporters at all levels, as we all know it takes a village to raise a child, and likely a whole city to do it while pursuing a career” .
