Our Leaders Plus Alumni programme offers Fellows the opportunity to continue connecting learning and reflecting within a supportive and ambitious environment.
The suite of exclusive alumni events support further learning and reconnection with the Leaders Plus content as well as providing a network of like-minded people who are progressing their careers whilst raising a family.
The alumnus is an important part of the Leaders Plus vision; driving positive change for working parents which leads to more diversity in top jobs.

The Alumni Programme 2023
By signing up to the alumni programme you will have access to the following events in 2023.
Monthly:
45 min Virtual Thinking Room:
Once a month there is the opportunity to reconnect and share by doing a Thinking Pair with another Fellow or alumnus.
You can bring whatever question is on your mind to the Thinking Room, or there will be a themed question every month.
January (Alumni Exclusive):
Online 2 hour Workshop: Reinvigorating your Vision
An opportunity to revisit your vision, celebrate where you have come and make plans for the future.
March (Alumni Exclusive):
Online 2 hour Workshop: Subject TBC
This will be on a specific topic such as:
- imposter syndrome
- negotiating
- communication
- self-care
- managing workload
- how to chair a meeting etc
and will include expert input.
May (Alumni Exclusive with Senior Leader Mentors):
In person event: Celebrate and share (London)
Senior leader Mentors and alumni come together to celebrate ideas, success and network.
July (Alumni Exclusive):
Online 2 hour workshop: Revisiting the Leaders Plus Fellowship
A reminder of the key aspects of the programme, including how they can help you with career progression.
Plus time to think and reflect on how to implement this in your career and family life.
September (Alumni Exclusive):
Online 2 hour workshop: Subject TBC
This will be on a specific topic such as:
- imposter syndrome
- negotiating
- communication
- self-care
- managing workload
- how to chair a meeting etc
and will include expert input.
November (Alumni Exclusive):
In person event: Network and Reconnect (London)
Sharing best practice to progress your own career whilst being a present parent.
Year round:
- Invites to panel events

- Opportunities to share (lead additional sessions)
Cost
As a social enterprise, we are passionate about creating change and we know that the alumni play a big role in this. We are therefore willing to invest in this programme and the fees below do not cover the full cost of running the programme.
The cost per year is £179 + VAT for the full programme, with the option to opt for an online-only option at £149 + VAT.
Early bird until 15 December 2022: £149 + VAT for blended programme and £129 + VAT for online only.
