About the Leaders Plus Fellowship Programme

The Leaders Plus Fellowship is a 9-month career development Programme open to parents with children from 0-11.

Through the Fellowship you'll have access to high quality resources to manage the practical challenges of juggling work and family life. Enabling you to progress your senior career.

There are a number of different options for joining Leaders Plus as a Fellow, depending on where you are in the world and how you prefer to learn.

Your Choice of Programme Delivery

The Autumn 2023 Programme will run from November 2023 - July 2024. Fellows can choose to join our online-only Programme or our blended learning Programme.

The Fellowship is accessible from anywhere in the world, with sessions run at convenient time slots. New for Autumn 2023: we will be running a dedicated cohort online in Eastern Time Zone.

Online Only Programme:

Sessions delivered virtually over the course of 9 months
Zoom delivery with small groups and breakout rooms
Optional online sessions
Fellows can easily keep in touch using our Fellowship Communication Platform
Matched with a senior leader mentor
