Deborah is a keynote speaker and consultant who teaches leadership communication for Wharton Business School and Columbia Business School. She regularly contributes to Harvard Business Review, Inc., Psychology Today, Forbes, and Fast Company and has written numerous books, including “Go To Help” which she co-authored with her daughter Sophie.
Sophie Riegel is a Senior at Duke University and the author of “Don’t Tell Me To Relax,” “Overcoming Overthinking,” and “Go To Help!” She is a professional speaker, coach, and mental health advocate.
